Pirelli Cinturato P7 Warranty Activation Problem

On January 8, 2024, I purchased four 17'' Pirelli Cinturato P7 tires from lastikcim.com.tr, touted as a 'Pirelli authorized dealer.' Despite meeting all the conditions outlined in Tyrelife warranty terms, my activation was denied, citing the excuse that the tires were not purchased from an authorized dealer. Ironically, the first customer representative who called to verify my birth date assured me there was no issue and that my activation code would arrive soon—just words! Subsequently, another representative claimed that activation wasn't possible due to not buying from an authorized dealer! Is lastikcim.com misleading its customers by not being an authorized seller, or are you turning a blind eye to this? Are you breaking promises, disregarding your brand value, and mocking customers with deceptive marketing tactics? I urgently demand the resolution of my grievance and immediate Tyrelife activation!
