Defective Philips Ambilight TV Still Not Replaced After 21 Days
On 16.01.2023, I purchased a new Philips Ambilight TV from Media Markt, but it was discovered to be defective during installation on 20.01.2023, and it was returned to headquarters for replacement. It has been 21 working days since then, and I have received no information about the replacement from the technical service or the Philips Customer Hotline. Despite their claims that they are awaiting information from headquarters, it appears that they are not actively pursuing the matter. I have been unable to directly contact Philips Headquarters, and I am frustrated by the lack of communication and the delay in receiving my replacement television. I would like to have my problem resolved as soon as possible, as I have been unable to use the TV I purchased brand new for over a month.
