Philips Cordless Vacuum Stopped Charging All Of A Sudden
Philips cordless vacuum that I purchased on March 19th stopped charging and displayed an error message. I took it to the service center at Forum Media Market in Izmir Bornova, where they sent it to the repair center for 21 days. When it was returned to me on April 15th, the charging adapter was missing, causing me to be unable to use the vacuum for almost a month. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue with both Philips and Media Market, no solution has been provided. If the issue cannot be resolved, I will take legal action through consumer rights organizations. I recently spoke with Philips customer service, who claimed that the charging adapter had not arrived, while Media Market claims that they checked the product and found no issues. It's unacceptable for such a well-known brand to provide such poor service, and I will continue to spread the word.
