Philips Lumea SC1997/00 Advanced Corded IPL Laser Hair Removal Device Not Working
On January 2, 2024, I purchased the Philips Lumea SC1997/00 Advanced Corded IPL Laser Hair Removal device. I used the product without any issues three times. However, on the fourth use, the device stopped shooting after a few shots. Subsequently, when I tried to use it again, sometimes it worked perfectly, and other times it showed the same problem and did not shoot at all for several days. I sent it to the service center, but they returned it saying there was no issue. After getting it back, the same problem persisted. I haven’t been able to use the product for months. I took it to the service center again, but they told me that such an issue is impossible and that if they send it in, they will get the same result.
