Philips Sold Me a Defective Lumea BRI 9500 and Ignored My Service Requests

The Philips Lumea BRI 9500 epilator I purchased from Teknosa was sold to me as defective due to a manufacturing issue. When I selected my skin type and pressed the "OK" button, I noticed that the device did not fire and the orange light kept blinking. I then delivered the product to the Philips technical service center in Bursa Osmangazi. Although I should have received a response within 20 business days, it has been over a month, and I still haven't heard back. When I called to inquire about the situation, the service representative did not answer my calls and even hung up on me. You sell a defective product, refuse to replace it, and your technical service staff acts unprofessionally. Since the legal timeframe has already been exceeded and I still haven't received a response, I will escalate this issue to higher authorities as soon as possible.
