Philips DST8050/20 Azur Steam Iron Not Heating
I bought the Philips DST8050/20 Azur Steam Iron on April 30, 2023, however it stopped heating and flashed an error warning on the screen. On February 5, 2024, I brought it to the approved service center, S**** K****-Deniz Elektronik, for repairs. They said it was mended within a day and asked me to pick it up. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that it was still not working. I returned it to the service center for the second time, and they indicated they had replaced the display card. Since the display card was replaced, the iron hasn't worked effectively, producing less steam than before. Today, it's displaying the same heating issue. I require an immediate replacement with a fresh device. I had been using a different brand of iron for years and now regret switching to Philips. Please provide urgent assistance.
