My Philips Product Keeps Leaking Despite Multiple Repairs



Ever since I made the purchase, this product has been consistently leaking water, despite being serviced twice. During the initial visit, the part was found to be of poor quality and had become detached. They resolved the issue, but despite providing video evidence of the water leakage problem when we submitted it for service, the device was returned to us with unprofessional instructions like 'try it like this'. This brand lacks service quality, material quality, and customer satisfaction. The service provided by Adana Philips was not helpful in this matter. I received the device today, and to my surprise, they declined to provide a service form. It makes me wonder if they have some aversion to official procedures. We've realized that purchasing items from Philips is not possible. We've been attempting for several months, yet they're still unable to resolve.
