Faulty Philips 3000 Robot Vacuum and Unresponsive Support

I had always thought of Philips as a reliable company, which is why I bought a robot vacuum from them. My experience, however, has been far from satisfactory. The vacuum broke down after only two months of use. I took it to their service center, only to have it returned saying it was fine, with no actual repairs done. Frustrated, I filmed the vacuum's problems and sent it to their authorized service team. I patiently waited for a response for a month. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact them via phone or email. I decided to contact Philips' customer service to explain my situation because I was fed up with the lack of communication. They showed no empathy or willingness to help, which disappointed me. Instead, they dismissed me, advising me to contact the service center directly. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I will never buy or recommend another Philips product again.
