I had always thought of Philips as a reliable company, which is why I bought a robot vacuum from them. My experience, however, has been far from satisfactory. I decided to contact Philips' customer service to explain my situation because I was fed up with the lack of communication. They showed no empathy or willingness to help, which disappointed me. Instead, they dismissed me, advising me to contact the service center directly. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I will never buy or recommend another Philips product again.
