Personality.co Charged Me $31 After Hiding Membership Pricing

On August 19, 2025, I purchased a membership through Personality.co. During the purchase process, no price information was displayed, and no option to cancel the membership was provided. Although the website stated that users would have a one-week cancellation right, the cancellation page never appeared during that period. Then, on August 26, 2025, I received an invoice for $31.

Only after the invoice was issued was the cancellation option activated, and I immediately submitted my cancellation request by email. However, despite this, I have not received any positive response or resolution to address my grievance.

I request that my membership be permanently canceled and that the $31 charge be fully refunded to me.
