Paid $1 for Myiq Service, Then Got a Surprise $36 Charge
On October 27, 2025, I purchased an analysis package through the Myiq website and paid $1 during checkout. There was no mention of any additional charges or notifications at that time. However, today I discovered that $36 was withdrawn from my bank account without my consent or prior notice.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience and concern, especially since the payment was made with my bank card. I have tried to contact Myiq customer service, but I have not been able to reach anyone. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge and a cancellation of my membership. I also expect to be promptly informed about the steps being taken to resolve this matter and prevent further unauthorized transactions.
