Clarity Check Charged Me $30 Without Consent After Simply Creating an Account
On October 21, even though I only created an account on the Clarity Check platform, a $30 membership fee was charged to my credit card without my consent. I did not approve any membership or payment, and no notification was provided to me. I created my account through my phone. After noticing the charge, I requested a cancellation of the membership, but I have not received any response, and I am unable to reach customer service. The transaction appears on my credit card statement under “Clarity Check,” and I have the payment slip as proof.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I request a full refund of the unauthorized charge and the complete cancellation of my membership or subscription, if one exists.
