My Money Sent to Wrong Pep Account from Pro Banking

I transferred money from my Pro Banking account to my Pep account, but I have no idea where the funds went. The amount has already been deducted from my account, yet I can't see it in my Pep balance. Instead, it seems like the transaction was sent to someone named I** A******, which I never authorized.

I need to cancel this transaction immediately and get my money back. There is no clear way to track where my funds went or how to resolve this issue. Also, I don't even understand what the "Send Money to Pep Account" button actually does.

Can someone from customer support assist me with this urgent issue? I need a resolution ASAP!
