I loaded money into my Pep account, but when I tried to use it, I was suddenly asked to upgrade to a Premium account. Fine—but when I tried to verify my identity with my ID, I kept getting an error message.
I called customer service, and they told me to try on Android because there was a system update issue on iOS. I did—but the error still happened. Then they told me to email the issue, which I did. No one has responded. No calls, no replies, nothing.
At this point, I just want my money back. If I can’t verify my account, I should at least be able to withdraw my funds. Pep, fix this now!
