Money Sent to My Pep Account Never Arrived—No Response from Support

A few days ago, I transferred money to my Pep account, but it never showed up. I waited, thinking it might be a delay, but nothing changed. I then emailed Pep’s customer service, explaining the issue, but I never received a response.

At this point, I’m extremely frustrated. Where is my money? If this situation continues without resolution, I’ll have no choice but to file a formal complaint. A financial service should be reliable and responsive, but Pep’s lack of communication is making this experience even worse.

I need Pep to fix this immediately and return my missing funds. Others should be cautious before trusting this platform with their money!
