I bought a ticket from Pegasus Airlines for Sabiha Gökçen-Ercan airport. I did my check-in at Sabiha Gökçen airport. I acted according to the gate number written on my ticket and started waiting in front of the gate 1.5 hours in advance. When the gates opened, I got in line. However, they told us that our boarding would be accepted from another gate and that the gate had changed. From then on, we ran and when we arrived at the gate, we saw that the gate was closed. When we went to the information desk, they told us that our flight was canceled and that we could buy new tickets for the next flight for a fee of 13 thousand liras. We were not given any importance as a consumer. Also, there were people in front of the information desk who had been victimized along with us. They said that we had to listen to the announcements, but there was no contract that we approved that we had to listen to the announcements. Pegasus Airlines is misleading its customers.
