On July 9, 2025, at 12:40 PM, I flew with Pegasus Airlines from Sarajevo to Sabiha Gökçen Airport on flight number PT6YDJ. I handed over my baby stroller at the aircraft gate — it was brand new and completely undamaged at the time. However, upon arrival in Istanbul, I was told the stroller had been left behind in Sarajevo. This caused serious inconvenience at the airport, as I was left to manage my baby without it.
A week later, they delivered only the bottom half of the stroller — and it arrived damaged. Pegasus has refused to take any responsibility for the damage. The stroller, which I paid a significant amount for, is now unusable, and the car seat attachment is still missing. Despite reaching out, there has been no resolution, apology, or compensation.
This experience has been deeply frustrating and unacceptable. I endured an awful travel experience, and Pegasus has failed to meet even basic expectations of care and accountability. I will be pursuing legal action to recover my losses. As far as I’m concerned, I will never travel with Pegasus again. Their negligence has cost me my time, money, and peace of mind.
