Once again, I experienced a delayed flight with Pegasus Airlines. My flight from Sabiha Gökçen to Mardin on March 28, 2025, was supposed to leave at 20:20, but it ended up taking off at 21:40—1 hour and 20 minutes behind schedule. Lack of clarity, absence of updates, and no acknowledgment of the issue at hand. I found myself stuck at the gate, completely in the dark about what was happening, just watching the minutes tick by. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced a delay with Pegasus, and it’s beginning to seem like this is just how they operate. It's challenging to feel at ease making any plans with this airline these days. I really wish they would understand the effect these ongoing delays have on their passengers.
