Pegasus Airlines Car Rental Nightmare - Left Stranded, No Refund

I reserved a rental car through the Pegasus Airlines mobile app using Car Trawler, but when I got at the airport, I was unable to contact the rental business, Right Cars. Pegasus Airlines said they could only offer me an email address and left me stranded in the airport.
Car Trawler customer care also attempted to contact the rental firm but was unable to reach them. They advised me to arrange another rental car, but refused to me a refund.
It's shocking that Pegasus Airlines would work with untrustworthy organizations and leave their clients stranded like this. I submitted a dispute with my bank and provided all the required paperwork, however, it is critical that Pegasus Airlines handle this problem. If I do not obtain a refund, I will submit a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee or seek legal recourse.
