Pegasus Airline Scandal: No Delay, But a Shame
On 26.08.2023, I bought a ticket for Pegasus flight PC2281 departing at 8.10 a.m. While I was checking in at the airport, I heard that it was delayed for 2 hours. Then it was 10.30, 10.50 and 11.10 a.m. They told us that they would offer us a Coke even though they knew that we did not have breakfast in the morning. Anyway, we laughed a lot. At 11.30 we boarded our plane, and they told us to get off the plane due to a malfunction. When we asked why, a stewardess laughed in our faces. Of course, we shouted a lot, then we got off. They said they would cancel our ticket. We said we are not leaving this airport together. We got up at 5 in the morning and came to the airport. We were on our feet for 7 hours. We were told that a plane would arrive from Istanbul, we waited for a long time, it arrived at 3.30 pm and we left around 4 pm. The plane was delayed for 8 hours, no one even called and apologized. I demand compensation.
