Xena Official Dealer Refused to Pay My Earnings

I am writing to report a serious issue I experienced while using Rojava Coins, an official dealer of the Xena application.

My Xena account had a balance of approximately ₺12,000, and I submitted a withdrawal request to receive these funds. However, my withdrawal was not processed, and my balance was effectively withheld without any prior notice, explanation, or justification.

When I contacted Rojava Coins to understand the reason, I was informed that my withdrawal request had not been approved. I was further told that, apart from a ₺2,000 transfer received in my account, the remaining balance would not be paid to me.

In addition, I was informed that, if I wanted to receive my funds and move to another agency, I would first have to meet an additional condition imposed by the dealer. I do not believe it is acceptable for my balance to be withheld or for additional conditions to be imposed without a clear contractual or legal basis.

I respectfully request that the remaining balance in my account, excluding the ₺2,000 transfer already received, be paid to me in full without further delay.

I also request a clear written explanation of the reasons for withholding my funds and ask that any unjustified conditions preventing me from receiving my balance be removed immediately.
