We experienced severe psychological distress on Pegasus flight number PC2704 from Konya on 27.10.2023. Apart from the routine delays with PC2704 every week, the staff's apathy and failure to provide adequate information infuriated us. After a 2.5-hour wait on the apron, they finally boarded us. Initially promising a 15-minute delay, they pushed it back by another 45 minutes. The stewardesses on the plane further aggravated us with extremely rude and offensive responses. An argument between a passenger and a stewardess escalated, leading the passenger to use offensive language. Subsequently, the police were called, causing an additional half-hour delay. They exacerbated the situation by pressuring passengers to disembark immediately if anyone desired. Some passengers couldn't endure this treatment and wished to leave.
