Xena Should Review My Permanent Ban Caused by False Allegations

I am writing regarding the permanent suspension of my Xena account, registered under the username "Sinanzorbey."

I was broadcasting on the platform as a member of an agency. When I wanted to transfer to another agency, I was told that I first had to make a 5M gift/send-out. I explained that I could not afford to do so, which led to a disagreement with members of the agency.

Following this dispute, I believe several people within the agency coordinated to submit false reports against me and damage my reputation. As a result, my account was suspended.

Initially, my account displayed a 3-day suspension. However, when I logged in the following day to check the remaining suspension time, I discovered that the temporary suspension had been changed to a permanent ban with the stated reason of "defamation."

I was never given a detailed explanation of the alleged violation, any evidence supporting the accusation, or an opportunity to respond before my account was permanently suspended.

I have not knowingly violated the platform's rules. The disagreement arose only because I stated that I was unable to meet the requested 5M requirement. After that, I experienced pressure and believe that coordinated reports from agency members resulted in my account being permanently banned.

I respectfully request that the Xena moderation team conduct a thorough review of my account, including the relevant chat logs, reports, and any other available records related to this incident. If the investigation confirms that the reports made against me were false or misleading, I kindly request that the permanent ban be removed and that my account be reinstated.

I also ask that I be provided with a clear written explanation of the reason for the suspension and the outcome of the review.
