Xena Live Banned My Account After It Was Hacked

I am writing regarding my Xena Live account, which had reached VIP Level 10 before it was stolen approximately three months ago.

After my account was taken over, someone used it without my knowledge or permission to promote other applications during live broadcasts. I later learned from people I know that these advertisements were being made from my account, particularly in rooms with high-VIP users. As a result of the reports submitted against this unauthorized activity, my account was eventually suspended.

I have always enjoyed using Xena Live and have never knowingly engaged in any behavior that violated the platform’s rules. The advertisements and other activities that led to the suspension were carried out by the person who gained unauthorized access to my account, not by me.

I only became aware that my account had been stolen after acquaintances informed me that it was being used to advertise another application during live broadcasts.
