I did not authorize any of these transactions, and no permission or confirmation was obtained from me. Being forced to pay $56 for an application I did not use is something I consider unfair and an unjust practice.
I request that the unauthorized $56 charge be refunded to my card as soon as possible, excluding the initial $1 one-time usage fee, and that any memberships or subscriptions opened in my name without my knowledge be canceled immediately.
