I accessed pdfe.com for free and used the site only once to convert a PDF, making a voluntary one-time payment of $1 with my credit card. Despite the fact that I never requested or approved any subscription, two unauthorized charges were made to the same card: $56 on November 9, 2025, and another $56 on December 9, 2025.
These transactions were made without my knowledge or consent. After the $1 one-time payment, I did not even log into the site again. The card belongs to İş Bankası, and the last four digits are 4670. I already struggle to cover my monthly expenses, and because of these unauthorized charges, my credit card payments were disrupted and I suffered serious financial hardship.
I demand that pdfe.com immediately refund both unauthorized $56 charges made on November 9, 2025, and December 9, 2025, cancel any and all subscriptions that may have been created in my name, and ensure that no further charges are ever made to my card. I request that my situation be resolved urgently and that I receive a prompt response.
