On October 31, 2025, in order to use a PDF editing service on pdfe.com, I made two one-time credit card payments, for a total of about $1 (card ending in 1954). However, on November 7, 2025, without any approval or notification from me, a $58 monthly subscription fee was charged to my account. Since the initial payment was for a one-time service and I was never shown any confirmation or notice that a subscription would be started, this situation has caused me significant inconvenience.
In addition, the pdfe.com service has not been used on my account at all after October 31, 2025, which should be clearly visible if the records are reviewed. Regarding this issue, today I filled out and submitted the contact form in the “contact us” section of pdfe.com, but I have not yet received any response.
I request that my subscription be cancelled immediately and that the $58 taken from my account without my permission be refunded. The email address I used for communication is t*************@gmail.com**. All transactions were carried out from Istanbul, Türkiye.
