I logged into the pdfe.com website for free and performed only one PDF conversion, for which I knowingly made a $1 one-time payment with my credit card. Other than this, I neither requested nor approved any subscription. Despite that, two unauthorized charges were made on my card: $57 on 11/09/2025 and another $57 on 12/09/2025. These transactions were carried out without my knowledge or consent. After the one-time $1 payment, I never even logged into the site again.
My card belongs to İş Bankası, and the last four digits are 4670. I already struggle to cover my monthly expenses, and these unauthorized charges caused delays in my credit card payments and created a serious hardship for me.
I request that pdfe.com immediately refund both unauthorized $57 charges made on 11/09/2025 and 12/09/2025, completely cancel any subscription that may have been created under my name, and ensure that no further withdrawals are ever made from my card. I ask that my grievance be resolved urgently and that I receive a prompt response.
