As an e-commerce seller, I use Payoneer to receive payments. On November 5, 2024, I was asked to submit a screenshot of my Amazon store’s website, which I did. However, on November 11, 2024, they rejected it without explanation.
I searched online to understand what was wrong since Payoneer provided no details. I corrected the issue and sent a new screenshot on November 22, 2024, which has been stuck in review ever since. There have been no new document requests, yet on January 31, 2025, Payoneer suddenly blocked my account, claiming I had "missing documents."
I have $700 stuck in my account, and my business payments have been disrupted. Despite sending detailed emails with screenshots, I have received no response for over 10 days. I continue to email daily, but nothing is being resolved.
How can a financial platform operate this slowly and ignore urgent account issues? Payoneer, fix this now! Unblock my account and release my funds immediately!
