I'm having a massive problem with the refund of my $500. After my Payoneer account was closed, a refund was supposedly sent from Amazon.com. However, now Amazon is claiming the payment was completed, while Payoneer is denying any knowledge of such a payment. I'm caught in the middle, and my $500 is gone!
