Epic Games Support Fails to Fix Battlefield 6 Launch Problem
I purchased Battlefield 6 today through the Epic Games app for $70, but I am completely unable to access the game. The game does not launch at all, which means I cannot use the product I paid for.
I believe this issue is caused by the Epic Games application itself, and that the servers may have crashed because the game is being offered free for a limited time. As a paying customer, we are essentially being victimized despite paying full price, and I find this situation unacceptable.
Even though I contacted Epic Games Support, no solution has been provided so far. I have not received any explanation or concrete action. Being unable to access a game I purchased is causing both a loss of time and a loss of trust.
I demand that these infrastructure and server issues be resolved immediately, and that I be granted uninterrupted access to all of my games—especially Battlefield 6, which I paid for. Otherwise, I would like to state that I am considering pursuing legal action due to being unable to use products I have paid for.
