Epic Games Refund Approved but Money Never Returned to Bank Account

I requested a refund for The Last of Us Part I, which I purchased through Epic Games, and my refund request was approved. I made the payment using my Ziraat Bank debit card, and the amount was approximately $12. However, even though the refund was approved, 20 days have passed and the money has still not been credited to my account.

Although the refund was approved on November 11, I have been unable to reach Epic Games, and I have not received any information about the process. There is no record of this refund in either my Epic Games account or my bank account.

I request that Epic Games process the approved refund immediately and transfer the payment to my Ziraat Bank account, and that I be provided with clear and transparent information regarding the status of this refund.
