Payoneer has suddenly placed a block on my account without providing any explanation. All of my documents are complete, verified, and up to date. Despite this, my access to the account has been restricted, and the funds inside are being held without any clear justification. When I contacted customer support, I was simply told to wait for 30 days. However, no information has been provided regarding the reason for the block or what steps are required to resolve the issue. This situation is severely affecting my business operations and causing financial hardship. Withholding funds without any legitimate reason is neither legal nor ethical. A financial platform like Payoneer should operate transparently and uphold customer trust. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately, that the block on my account be lifted, and that my funds be released without further delay. Otherwise, I will be forced to pursue legal action.
