On November 26, 2025, between 9:45 PM and 10:00 PM, while playing FC 26 through the Epic Games Launcher, I was playing a Draft mode match against AI and was leading 4–0 when the Epic Games Launcher crashed and the game suddenly closed. Because of this error, FC 26 removed me from the match and the system counted it as a 3–0 loss against me.
I had spent 15,000 UT to enter this match. As a result of this crash, my in-game currency was wasted and I was unfairly given a loss. Even though this issue was entirely caused by an Epic Games Launcher error, the consequences were placed on me, which is unacceptable.
I request that this issue be reviewed and that my loss be compensated by either refunding the 15,000 UT I spent or at least correcting the match result in my favor.
