Epic Games Connection Failed Error Prevents House Flipper From Launching

I have been completely unable to launch the game House Flipper, which I purchased through Epic Games, for some time now. Whenever I try to start the game, I receive the error message: “EpicGames connection failed. Please check if EpicGames Client is running.” Because of this error, the game does not start at all.

Despite trying many times and applying every solution I could find, the problem has not been fixed. I purchased the game with my own money, but I have not been able to play it properly since the day I bought it. I want Epic Games to resolve this connection error and carry out the necessary technical investigation and fixes so that I can launch and play House Flipper without any issues.

I am writing this complaint because I have been unable to reach Epic Games Support or find anyone to assist me. I request that my issue be reviewed and permanently resolved as soon as possible.
