For three days, Payoneer did not verify my account

I have forwarded the file. Payoneer requested that I send in documentation for address verification in accordance with their instructions, but the request has been put on hold pending review for the past three days. When I try to contact their live support, all they ever tell me is that they're swamped with other customers. Could I please get some assistance with this matter? In order to find a solution to this problem, I really need their support. My customer number is 6502***, if you're interested. If anyone could lend a hand, it would be greatly appreciated.
