I Can’t Access My Funds on Payoneer—Verification Still Pending Despite Correct Info
I’m a Payoneer customer (Customer ID: 48950203) and I’ve been stuck in verification limbo despite submitting completely accurate and valid information. My documents have been uploaded correctly, yet the Verification Center refuses to approve them, and my funds remain on hold.
I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for a long time. No progress. No updates. No support. I’ve attempted to contact customer service, but live chat doesn’t work, and there is no clear way to reach a human representative.
This is extremely frustrating. I use Payoneer for business, and not being able to access my funds is directly affecting my work and livelihood.
I demand immediate action: approve my documents, release my funds, and restore proper support access. This is not what I expected from a platform that claims to support professionals worldwide.
