Payoneer Won't Let Me Having My Money

My Payoneer account is almost three months old, and I completed every verification step when I created the account. After some time, I received payments to my account and requested withdrawals three times. The first two were canceled immediately, but the third one has been pending for almost a month now. I've reached out to Payoneer countless times about this issue, and they keep stating that my account is under review. They claim to understand the urgency of my situation, assure me that my case is in good hands, etc.

I also requested a swift code, which my bank asked for, but no one has answered. When I inquired about an estimated time of arrival for the review process, again, no one answered. Essentially, they've taken my money and aren't even attempting to help me. Their customer care policies and team are the worst I have ever seen. I believe someone in this public space will help me because they can't ignore me here!
