My Frustrating Experience with Oysho's Customer Service and Return Policy

On September 20, 2023, I bought a pair of sports shoes from the Oysho Marmara Park store. A couple of months back, the front of the shoes began to fall apart. I reached out to them on WhatsApp to report the issue, but unfortunately, I didn't have the receipt to provide as evidence. They kindly guided me to request a receipt through a link. Regrettably, approximately one month earlier, their system underwent a modification. Consequently, when I asked for a receipt containing the details I provided, it did not register in the system. I was instructed by the WhatsApp service to contact their customer service center, where I submitted a request. I was told that there was no record matching the information given. The information you requested was taken directly from the bank statement I shared with you. I had to wait for a whole two weeks. After waiting for two weeks, I finally decided to give the customer service center a call. To my relief, the representative informed me that the initial person I spoke with had taken the initiative to follow up on my issue. They assured me that I would be contacted promptly. Unfortunately, there was no response provided. Today, I decided to give the customer service center another call to inquire about the lack of response. I provided them with the necessary details once again, and they assured me that I would receive a response within 48 hours. However, they mentioned that there was no record of my previous inquiry. After three long hours, an email arrived in my inbox. It stated, "We regret to inform you that we were unable to locate your receipt based on the information you provided." Please review your information and reach out to us again if necessary. This email was identical to the one I received earlier when they first couldn't locate the receipt. I had previously provided all my bank information in response to that email, but no further action was taken. Today, I discovered that without a receipt, it is not possible to complete a return transaction. I have given them my receipt, but they have not shared it with me, so I am unable to proceed with the return. Throughout my 37 years of existence, I have never come across a situation quite like this. I am not satisfied with this company. Avoid making any purchases from a company that handles a product worth 1300 TL in such a manner.
