Oysho Lost My January 18 Online Order and Is Not Responding or Issuing a Refund
I placed an online order with Oysho on January 18, 2025, but it has not been delivered to me, and my package appears to be lost. Despite informing Oysho’s WhatsApp support team about the situation over the past five days, I have received neither a response nor a refund. They keep delaying the matter, and it seems like they only take action when I reach out to them. I have provided all the necessary details, including my order number and proof of payment, but no progress has been made. Each time I contact support, I am met with vague responses, and no concrete solution is offered. This lack of professionalism is disappointing, and I am now left without the product I ordered or my money. I expect Oysho to resolve this issue promptly and compensate for the inconvenience caused.
