Asics Sport Shoes Deformation and Warranty Denial

On October 1, 2023, I bought my Asics brand sports shoes from the Espark Sportive store in Eskişehir, and I've attached the receipt. Due to the weather circumstances at the time, I didn't get to wear the shoes very often. However, in March 2024, I discovered deformations and tears in the mesh fabric on the arch of my shoes. When I went to the Espark Sportive store, they told me they'd send it to the manufacturer for inspection, which would take at least 21 days, and I agreed. They shipped it to Asics Turkey on March 28, 2024. On April 23, 2024, I received an SMS indicating that the product had been rejected. On April 25, 2024, I returned to the Espark Sportive store and indicated my disapproval of the rejection, requesting that they resend it for further scrutiny, and they began the resending procedure. When I inquired why it was rejected, they offered me a written note indicating that the goods had no errors following inspection. However, this note appeared to be a generic paper produced from their computer and sent to everyone. Today, April 26, 2024, when I called Asics Turkey at 0850 488 02 22, I inquired as to why it had been refused. The guy I spoke with stated that it was rejected by the store owing to missing documentation and assured me that the store had been notified. It was also stated that our chat had been recorded (per company policy). I'm currently submitting complaints against both the Espark Sportive store and Asics Turkey. If the problem isn't resolved, I'll go to the Consumer Arbitration Board, and if that doesn't solve it, I'll take all required legal action.
