On October 22, 2025, I purchased a product from Oysho with tracking number 9858681550. However, on the same day, I had a serious accident in which my wrist was broken in two places, and I had to undergo surgery. Due to this medical situation, I missed the 14-day return period by one week. I submitted my situation and my medical board report to support line. Yet, at the end of the review, I received an email stating that Oysho rejected my return request because the return period had expired. I also contacted Oysho’s WhatsApp line, but I was told I needed to resolve the issue with the seller and that they could not assist me. This approach genuinely upset me; despite having a documented and exceptional health condition, the lack of understanding damaged my trust in Oysho. The product is still unopened and unused in its original package. While in-store purchases allow a one-month exchange period, I expected similar flexibility for online orders in situations like this. For customer satisfaction, I kindly request that my case be reconsidered and that the refund be issued.
