I am reaching out to share my disappointment with Oysho. I still haven't gotten my refund for a product I sent back on February 26, 2024.

Oysho says they processed the refund on March 8, 2024, but I haven't seen any money in my account. I need a reference number from my bank, but Oysho hasn't given me one.

I've been trying to get in touch with Oysho customer service several times, but they just can't seem to fix the problem. I keep getting the same info and then they just stop talking on WhatsApp. I'm fed up with being led on and I want my refund right away.
