Zara Denied Refund for Cotton Sports Shoes
On March 31, 2024, I attempted to buy a pair of boys' cotton sports shoes from your İstinyePark location. As the size I required was unavailable, I made arrangements for the shoes to be delivered to my home after prepaying for them. Unfortunately, when I decided to bring back the shoes, I discovered that I couldn't find the receipt. The store staff explained that a refund couldn't be processed without the receipt, but they recommended reaching out to customer service for further help. Even after reaching out to customer service, providing proof of my purchase with mobile banking statements, and diligently searching for the receipt, my request for a refund was still denied. Even after repeatedly explaining the situation during four separate visits to the store, my money was still not refunded. In addition, on my fourth visit, they disabled the alarm on the product, resulting in it going off whenever I entered or left the store. I am deeply troubled by this situation and find the company's behavior to be completely unacceptable.
