a) Opodo refunds amounts as soon as they are received from the airline or hotel, which means that you may receive the amount in several parts.
b) The airline or hotel provider may have made only a partial refund for your canceled flight or hotel in accordance with the fare rules or applicable conditions (in case of involuntary cancellation).
c) Please note: Additional services, discounts and Opodo fees may not be refundable.
If you have applied for a voluntary cancellation:
You will receive a refund of the fare in accordance with the airline's fare rules less any fees in accordance with Opodo's terms and conditions.
If you have applied for a refund due to an involuntary cancellation:
You will receive a refund for the flight in accordance with the airline's or hotel's fare rules. Please note that Opodo will not charge any fees for processing this refund.
