Opodo's Unauthorized Charge on My Card for Unsolicited Membership
On September 29, 2025, an Opodo Prime membership was initiated under the name a** b** without my knowledge, and €119.99 was charged to my Garanti BBVA credit card. I never applied for or authorized any membership, and this unauthorized charge has caused me significant inconvenience. I tried to contact Opodo customer service but received no support. I request the immediate cancellation of this membership and a full refund of the charged amount. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I do not want to face a similar problem again. I expect an urgent resolution and prompt response regarding this matter.
