Opodo Charged Me £89.90 Without Consent for Premium Membership
On August 28, 2024, Opodo saved my credit card details without my knowledge or approval and charged me £89.90 for a Premium membership that I never requested or authorized. I have never agreed to any such subscription. I am demanding an immediate refund. None of my emails have been answered, and their so-called customer service doesn’t even pick up the phone. This is completely unacceptable. I have already canceled the membership, but if I don’t receive a refund soon, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Opodo, this needs to be resolved immediately!
