Opodo Fraud Website, Subscription Cancellation Restricted

I had an issue with my Opodo subscription, which I used in Dubai and then tried to cancel while I was in Istanbul. I cancelled the subscription last December, but despite this, I have been charged three more times, with a total of almost 600 Turkish lira taken from my account. Although I believed the subscription was cancelled, Opodo kept charging me. I tried to contact their customer service, but I could not reach anyone, and even the phone number they provided does not work. My subscription was created under the email address shbarakat.**@gmail.com, and I no longer wish to be charged or to keep any relationship with this service. I request a full refund for all subscription payments taken after the first month, and that my subscription be completely cancelled. I also want all my personal data to be removed from Opodo’s systems and written confirmation that no further charges will be made.

BetterMe Keeps Charging Monthly Even After I Canceled My Subscription on App Store

"For about 9 months, a total of 350 TL per month was unfairly charged from my Ziraat Bank Bankkart through the BetterMe app. However, I had canceled my subscription via the App Store 7 months ago, and there is no active subscription shown on the App Store. I have not used the app at all during this period. After noticing the situation, I tried to contact BetterMe customer service, but I couldn't find any contact number and tried to reach them via email. In response to my complaint, I was informed by email that a refund for 4 months would be issued, but only 350 TL was deposited into my account. The email address I used to create my account is: b**@gmail.com. I request a full refund of all deductions and the complete cancellation of my subscription. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved urgently."
