Opodo Prime Charged Me Without My Consent — How to Get a Refund
On September 29, 2025, an Opodo Prime membership was started under the name a b** without my knowledge or consent**, and a charge of €119.99 was withdrawn from my Garanti BBVA credit card. I never signed up for or approved this membership, so this unauthorized charge has caused me significant inconvenience.
I attempted to contact Opodo customer support, but I was unable to receive any assistance. I request that my membership be canceled immediately and that the €119.99 be refunded to my card.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I want to ensure that it does not happen again. I expect an urgent response and a quick resolution to this matter.
