Opodo Forced Me Into Prime Subscription and Still Tried to Charge Me
I was immediately registered in Opodo Prime when I purchased a flight through Opodo without any clear way to refuse the subscription. I felt as though I was pushed into it merely to finish my booking. I canceled the Prime subscription by calling Opodo's customer care before being charged, then waited on hold for about forty minutes before talking to anyone. Though Opodo still tried to charge my bank account for the subscription, I was told it was terminated. I had to phone them once more, taking another twenty minutes to fix the problem. Dealing with such inadequate service is frustrating, hence I will hesitate before making another Opodo booking.
