Opodo Prime Unauthorized Charge - Refund And Cancellation Request

I was surprised to find that an amount was taken from my account on 10/04/2026 for an Opodo Prime subscription without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this subscription and I was not clearly informed that I would be charged for Opodo Prime. I request the immediate refund of the full amount that was withdrawn for Opodo Prime and the complete cancellation of this subscription so that no future charges are taken from my account.
